M Square Developments Ltd was founded to deliver quality schemes across Greater Manchester and the rest of the UK.
Our management team have collectively over 65 years of experience, working across both property and leisure sectors. In this section, we will briefly explain our own individual journeys to becoming part of M Square Developments and importantly, how we each bring value, our experience and expertise to each project we undertake for our clients.
Stuart Mulholland - Director
Stuart has over 17 years’ experience across leisure and property. He re-branded the worlds largest 5 a side football arena and went on to have huge success across the company with multiple awards. Stuart’s passion for property has seen him take on various developments working on commercial as well as domestic projects from sourcing, developing, designing and project managing builds across the UK.
He firmly believes that Manchester’s Northern Powerhouse is the number one investment city for any UK or international investor and his local knowledge across this great city is unparalleled.

Stuart supports the red half of Manchester, he's married to his wife Jane and proud father to his four year old son.
Mark Conville - Site Manager

Mark is an integral part of our team and has over 17 years on site experience working across new builds, full timber construction, restorations and renovations. Mark is an exceptional joiner who's finish is second to none.

Being M2 on site manager he oversees the day to day running of jobs and staff.
He's a proud father of three young children and supports the blue half of Manchester
