Our team at M Square Developments is made up of experienced Project and Site Managers, capable site supervisors and trained operatives. All our approved trade contractors are accredited to carry out electrical and gas works that are safe and meets the correct industry standards.

Before a project commences, if there are identifiable risks such as asbestos, further surveys will be carried out to ensure our workers are not exposed to any safety risks. Our safe systems of work begins with a daily site briefing of our team and trade contractors, to ensure works are carefully planned and risks on site to be identified and managed. We ensure that our developments are secured at the end of each working shift to prevent theft and illegal break-ins.
