Our property maintenance services agreements can be Reactive Maintenance (RM) or Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM). 

 

Reactive Maintenance (RM) is dealing with maintenance issues as they occur. We cover the following maintenance issues:

Therefore we can offer planned maintenance services on your property portfolio, helping with the management of all aspects of your building maintenance which will help you save money in the long run. • Boiler and heating annual servicing 

• Periodic electrical testing

• End of tenancy appliances testing and inspections

• Ventilation servicing
