Our property maintenance services agreements can be Reactive Maintenance (RM) or Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM). 


Reactive Maintenance (RM) is dealing with maintenance issues as they occur. We cover the following maintenance issues:

  • Boiler and heating annual servicing 

  • Periodic electrical testing

  • End of tenancy appliances testing and inspections

  • Ventilation servicing
